SHIPPING POLICY
We strive to ship all orders the same day if received before 2 PM Eastern Time, Monday–Friday, and 11 AM Eastern Time on Saturdays. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays.
Customer Service is available Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (EST), excluding national holidays.
Order Processing & Tracking
During peak periods, same-day shipping is not guaranteed due to increased order volume.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. If you have registered an account on our website, you can track your order by logging in and clicking on the user icon on our homepage. If you opted for SMS updates, you will receive automated text messages. Standard data and SMS rates may apply, and you can opt out at any time.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
We assess lost or damaged shipments on a case-by-case basis. While we aim to resolve these issues with customers and the shipping carrier, not all lost or damaged items will be replaced. If you experience an issue, please contact Customer Service so we can assist you.
Restricted Shipping Locations
We do not ship to the following states:
Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Wisconsin.
Additionally, we cannot ship to the following locations:
