Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To qualify, the item must be unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@quayludes.com. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that processing times may vary, and it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
